Return To Self: Private Yin Experience

An intimate, in-home space to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and finally feel safe in your body again.

For the woman who is tired of living in survival mode—and ready to soften.

You’ve been holding it all together for a long time.

You push through.
You keep going.
You tell yourself you’ll slow down later.

But your body is starting to speak louder.

Tension that won’t release.
Exhaustion that doesn’t go away.
A constant feeling of being “on.”

Maybe even pain.

And no matter how much you try to rest…
you can’t fully relax.

This isn’t because you’re doing something wrong.

Your body has been living in survival mode.

When your nervous system doesn’t feel safe, your body stays in patterns of:

  • tension
  • bracing
  • protection

Which can show up as:

  • chronic pain or tightness
  • burnout and fatigue
  • anxiety or overwhelm
  • difficulty slowing down

And healing doesn’t happen in that state.

Your body doesn’t need more force.

It needs a space where it can finally feel safe enough to soften.

This is that space

Return To Self: Private Yin Experience is a small, in-home yin series designed to help your body release what it’s been holding—gently and safely.

This is not a typical yoga class.

There’s no pressure to perform.
No pushing.
No expectation to “keep up.”

Just a quiet, supportive space where your body can finally exhale.

WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE:

Inside this space, you’ll be guided through:

  • Gentle, long-held yin postures to release deep tension
  • Nervous system-focused guidance to help your body feel safe
  • A slow, supportive pace that allows you to truly drop in
  • Space to reconnect with your body without pressure

Over time, this can support:

  • reduced tension and pain
  • a calmer, more regulated nervous system
  • deeper rest and relaxation
  • feeling more connected to yourself

WHO THIS IS FOR:

This is for you if:

  • You feel constantly tense, overwhelmed, or “on”
  • You’re tired of pushing through exhaustion
  • Your body doesn’t fully relax, even when you rest
  • You’re dealing with chronic tension or pain
  • You’re craving a softer, more supportive way to heal

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience with yoga.
You don’t need to have it all together.

You just need to be willing to slow down.

WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT

Most spaces focus on doing more.

This space is about doing less… safely.

It’s intentionally:

  • small (limited spots)
  • private (in-home setting)
  • curated (calm, quiet, intentional environment)

So your body can begin to trust, soften, and shift.

Julie Jamison

I know what it’s like to live in a body that won’t relax.

To feel like you’re always holding something.
Always pushing.
Always trying to fix what feels wrong.

I tried everything to heal.

But the real shift didn’t happen until I stopped forcing my body…
and started supporting my nervous system.

That’s what I guide you through here.
