You may not:

• Share the Offering with anyone else who has not yet purchased it or opted in to receive it.

Please consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program, including yoga. By participating in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Julie A Jamison from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Julie A Jamison's negligence.  I am or will be participating in Yoga Sessions or Workshops offered by Julie A Jamison during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga and health. These sessions may entail intensive physical activity and exertion by me. I recognize that such physical activity and exertion may be difficult and strenuous and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I am fully aware of and accept the risks and hazards involved.

1. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding participating in yoga sessions or workshops, and to receive prior approval to participate. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition or injury which would prevent my full participation in the yoga sessions or workshops.
2. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur or aggravate as a result of my participation.
3. I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have or acquire against Julie A Jamison or the landlord of the premises for any injury, condition or damages that I may sustain as a result of entering or being on the premises or participating in the yoga sessions or workshops.
4. I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Julie A Jamison for any injury, condition or death, which arises, is caused by, or is aggravated by reason of my participation in the programs.
5. I understand that it is mv continuing responsibility to inform the instructor(s) and staff of all medical conditions, injuries, or surgeries, prior to my session(s) and at such other times as I acquire information to do the same.
6. I understand that I have no claims against Julie A Jamison because of their refusal to allow me to participate in the class, events, programs, etc...
7. This Offering is for educational and entertainment purposes only. None of the Offering or its related material(s) should be construed as medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. All sessions and registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be extended.

I have read the above Release and Waiver of Liability and fully understand its contents.  

By providing your phone number. you agree to receive text messages from Julie A Jamison regarding your account, reminders, notification, heads up before booking, your schedule change, updates on events and our latest offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply 'STOP' to unsubscribe at any time. 

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree at all times to indemnify and hold harmless Our Company, as well as any of Our affiliates, agents, contractors, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, joint venture partners, successors, transferees, assignees, and licensees, as applicable, from and against any and all claims, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to Our Offering(s) .

TERMINATION

If at any time We feel You have violated these Terms and Conditions, then We shall immediately terminate Your use of Our website and any related communications as We deem appropriate. It is within Our sole discretion to allow any user’s access of Our website, and We may revoke this access at any time without notice, and if necessary, block Your IP address from further visits to Our site(s).

FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

You authorize Us to charge your chosen payment provider for the total amount stated on Your checkout cart screen. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of Your card issuer agreement and any other applicable third party agreement that may affect Your purchase with Us. You agree to provide current, accurate and complete details as requested to process your payment. If necessary, You agree to update your payment information in a timely manner so We can complete any outstanding orders and/or contact You as needed.

We reserve the right to change our prices for new purchases at any time.

You agree to pay any applicable shipping and/or handling fees as stated on your checkout cart screen.

YOU MAY BE CHARGED UPON RENEWAL

If You purchased or signed up for an Offering that is recurring or which Offering renews automatically, by providing your payment information, You authorize Company to charge your card for future payments of such Offering.  

Cancellation.  You may cancel any Offering that is recurring or which renews automatically by contacting Company.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given.

TAXES

Sales taxes will be applied to your order as required by law in either Your or Our local area(s).

NO RESELLING OR DISTRIBUTION OF OUR OFFERING

We expressly prohibit orders that, in Our sole discretion, appear to be placed in an attempt to resell Our Offering. We expressly prohibit orders placed by resellers, dealers, distributors or wholesalers and will ban Your access to Our site in any lawful way possible if we discover your prohibited use(s).
